Binkley’s Policy
& Balloon Facts
HELIUM SHORTAGE—Helium is a natural gas. We are using it faster than it can be generated, which is causing the shortage and prices to skyrocket.

BINKLEY’S BALLOONS—
We buy balloons from vendors that provide a guarantee, which means if we blow up one of their balloons and it pops or has a hole, we can return the balloon for a credit, but lose the cost of helium.

CUSTOMER BALLOONS

We will fill up standard-sized mylar (18”) or latex (12”) balloons that customers bought elsewhere.

Customer balloon cost: $1.99 for mylar & 99¢ for latex. This charge is for the helium to fill the balloon.

Customer balloons should be paid for before being filled with helium.

If a customer's balloon pops, there is still a charge for the helium lost.

Pick Up Instructions
Please select the DATE/TIME you wish to pick up your order and use the NOTES section for comments or instructions. You can also add the date/time you will pick up your order if you are unable to use the scheduler.
Filling Rules

We DO NOT fill up JUMBO balloons not bought at Binkley’s

MYLAR/FOIL balloons typically will stay afloat for 2-5 days or longer.

LATEX balloons typically will stay afloat for approximately 8-12 hours.
